How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your customer account with your email address – there you can see all your orders and their status.

How long does delivery take to Sweden, within the EU and to other countries?
Sweden and Norway: We deliver within 2–4 business days with standard delivery.
EU countries: 2–5 business days with standard delivery. We ship to all EU countries, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland and many more.
International delivery: We also deliver to countries outside the EU, such as the USA, the UK and more. Delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on destination.
All parcels are tracked and insured. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.
No customs duties or other fees are added for deliveries inside or outside the EU.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy so you can shop with confidence:
- Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Return shipping is paid by the customer (we recommend insured shipping)
- The money is refunded within 10 business days after we receive the return
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Exchanges: If a product is defective or damaged on delivery, we offer a free replacement or a full refund.
