Dr.Ceuracle PDRN & Retinol Shot Ampoule is an intensive skincare ampoule that combines two of the most recognized ingredients in modern Korean skincare – PDRN and retinol – in a formula designed for skin that needs more advanced care for elasticity, fine lines, and uneven skin texture.

The formula contains Sodium DNA (PDRN) along with Salmon Egg Extract and retinol. This combination is developed to care for skin that feels less supple and helps to provide a firmer, smoother, and more vital skin appearance.

A particularly interesting part of the formula is Hydrolyzed Sponge, also known as spicules. These microscopic structures are used in some advanced skincare products and can give a characteristic slight stinging sensation upon application. They contribute to the product's intensive "shot" concept and distinguish the ampoule from traditional retinol serums.

To balance the active formula, the ampoule also contains Ceramide NP, Centella Asiatica, beta-glucan, squalane, and Hydrolyzed Sodium Hyaluronate, which help to hydrate, soothe, and care for the skin barrier.

For very sensitive or reactive skin, I would not position it as a first choice, primarily due to the combination of retinol and Hydrolyzed Sponge.

Consistency

A concentrated, light ampoule that spreads over the skin and absorbs before subsequent skincare steps.

Due to Hydrolyzed Sponge/spicules, the skin may experience a slight tingling or stinging sensation during or after application.
HOW TO USE

Apply a small amount of Dr.Ceuracle PDRN & Retinol Shot Ampoule to cleansed skin and gently pat the product until absorbed.

Since the formula contains retinol and spicules, I recommend introducing the product gradually.

For example, start with 2–3 evenings a week and gradually increase the frequency of use depending on your skin's tolerance.

Follow with a moisturizing face cream.

Always use sunscreen during the day.

Can the product sting on the skin?

Since the formula contains Hydrolyzed Sponge/spicules, a slight stinging or tingling sensation may occur upon application.

If you experience severe or persistent irritation, discontinue use.

Can it be combined with other active ingredients?

Since the ampoule already contains retinol and spicules, I would avoid introducing several powerful active products simultaneously.

Be especially careful when using it in the same routine as strong AHA/BHA exfoliants, other retinoids, or other intensive spicule products.

Safety information:
For external use only. Avoid the area directly around the eyes and lips, as well as broken or severely irritated skin.

Introduce the product gradually and adjust use according to your skin's tolerance.

Discontinue use if severe or persistent irritation occurs.

Use high SPF sunscreen during the day when using retinol.
