Refund policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can easily do so via our Withdrawal Button located at the bottom of our website or by contacting us at info@koreancosmetics.se.
You may return all or part of your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when received, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. A receipt or order confirmation must be provided upon request.
EU Standard Withdrawal Form
Under EU consumer protection laws, you also have the option to use the EU Standard Withdrawal Form to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, using the form is not mandatory. You may instead use our Withdrawal Button or contact us by email.

Return Shipping
For returns of products that are not defective or damaged, a return fee of SEK 79 will be charged. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return request has been registered, you will receive instructions on how to return the products to us.
Hygiene Products
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, or used after delivery.
Free Gifts
If your order included a free gift, the gift must also be returned if the return causes the order value to no longer meet the requirements for receiving the gift.
If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from your refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If a product is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@koreancosmetics.se and we will help resolve the issue.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Opened or used hygiene and skincare products
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days after the return has been approved.
Please note that it may take additional time before the refund appears in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
