FULLY Rice Ceramide Essence Toner is a nourishing essence toner containing 84% Rice Bran Water to provide intense hydration to the skin from the very first step of the skincare routine. The silky essence helps to build the skin's moisture barrier, improves skin elasticity, and prepares the skin for subsequent skincare products.

The formula combines Ceramide NP, Phytosphingosine, Panthenol, Ectoin, Beta-Glucan, and several forms of rice extract to strengthen the skin barrier and prevent moisture loss. At the same time, Sodium Hyaluronate, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, and Polyquaternium-51 help provide long-lasting hydration and a plumper skin feel.

The essence toner also contains fermented ingredients such as Lactococcus Ferment Lysate and Lactobacillus/Rice Ferment, which help strengthen the skin's microbiome and improve skin vitality. Centella Asiatica, Oat Extract, Green Tea Water, and Licorice Root (Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate) have a soothing effect, while Kojic Dipalmitate, Oryzanol, and rice extract contribute to a clearer and more even skin tone.

The light yet nourishing texture absorbs quickly without feeling sticky and is perfect both as a daily toner and as an intensive moisturizing mask with cotton pads.

HOW TO USE

As a daily essence toner

Apply an appropriate amount in your hands and gently pat over face and neck until absorbed.

With a cotton pad

Moisten a cotton pad and gently sweep over the skin to hydrate and even out skin texture.

As an intense moisturizing mask

Soak a cotton pad generously with the essence toner and place it on dry or dehydrated areas for about 3 minutes. Remove the cotton pad and gently pat in the remaining essence.
