How long does delivery take to Sweden, within the EU, and to other countries?
Sweden and Norway: We deliver within 2-4 business days for standard delivery.
EU countries: 2-5 business days for standard delivery. We ship to all EU countries including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, and many more.
International delivery: We also offer delivery to countries outside the EU, such as the USA, the UK, and more. Delivery time varies between 3-5 business days depending on the destination.
All packages are tracked and insured. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.
No customs or other fees are added for deliveries within or outside the EU.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy so that you can shop with confidence:
- Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Return shipping is paid by the customer (we recommend insured shipping)
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
Exchanges: If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, we offer a free replacement or a full refund.
