Needly Panthenol Water Gel Cream is a light, water-based gel cream that moisturizes and protects the skin barrier. It feels cooling and very light on the skin, perfect for those with oily skin or who prefer a light, cooling sensation.

This intensive barrier-protecting gel-cream contains D-Panthenol (vitamin B5) along with the hydrating power of green microalgae, Desertica. It has a dual function – brightening effect and wrinkle improvement – and contains only EWG Green-rated ingredients.

pH level: 5.5 ± 1.0.
Free from alcohol, synthetic dyes and synthetic fragrances. Dermatologically tested by the Korea Testing & Research Institute.
