VT Cosmetics PDRN Toner is a hydrating and radiance-boosting toner that contains a full 50,000 ppm of PHYTO PDRN® from Korean ginseng. The lightweight, fragrance-free formula helps to increase skin elasticity, improve radiance, and even out skin tone while hydrating and soothing the skin.

The toner is enriched with niacinamide, panthenol, allantoin, and centella asiatica, which together help to strengthen the skin barrier, reduce dryness, and give the skin a healthier and more hydrated appearance. Apply toner after cleansing.
Pour a suitable amount into your palms or onto a cotton pad.
