Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as cancellation requests may not be possible once an order has been accepted.

Returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

Ownership of products and the risk of loss pass to you when the products are handed over to the shipping carrier.

However, all purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Korean Cosmetics.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOREAN COSMETICS, ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, AND SHOPIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION:
• LOSS OF PROFITS;
• LOSS OF REVENUE;
• LOSS OF SAVINGS;
• LOSS OF DATA;
• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION;
• REPLACEMENT COSTS; OR
• ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES,
WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Korean Cosmetics, Shopify, and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of:

(ii) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or

We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification and may assume control of the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, provided that we will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your prior consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
