Pyunkang Yul Mist Toner is a refreshing and hydrating toner that is based entirely on Coptis Root extract, without a single drop of purified water. In traditional Korean medicine, Coptis Root is valued for its ability to reduce heat in the skin and calm irritation. After cleansing, close your eyes and spray evenly over your entire face from a distance of approximately 20 cm. Reapply when skin feels dry for extra hydration.
