VT Cosmetics Matcha Cica Layer Serum is a soothing two-phase serum developed to deeply hydrate the skin, strengthen the skin barrier, and help reduce visible redness. The innovative formula combines a nourishing cream layer with a light serum layer that together provide intense hydration without feeling heavy or sticky.

The serum contains matcha from Jeju Island, Centella Asiatica, and madecassoside, which help soothe stressed and sensitive skin while maintaining the skin's natural balance. An ultra-fine nano-ceramide complex, along with hyaluronic acid, squalane, and panthenol, helps strengthen the skin barrier and lock in moisture for softer, smoother, and more resilient skin.

The formula also contains PHA, which gently helps improve skin texture and promote a clearer skin tone.

HOW TO USE
